How We Calculate Rust Gambling Evidence Ratings

The six weighted criteria

Games, rules and odds transparency, fairness verification, and cashier documentation each carry 20 points. Operator identity and eligibility plus support, security and responsible play each carry 15 points. Source freshness and completeness carries 10 points.

How evidence becomes points

Verified earns 100% of a criterion’s weight, partial earns 50%, and unknown, stale or contradicted earns zero. Verified requires a current primary source covering every required subcheck. A route name, logo, affiliate statement or incomplete document cannot produce a verified result.

• Partial: useful primary evidence but at least one required subcheck missing
• Unknown: insufficient public evidence
• Stale: a material supporting source is more than 90 days old
• Contradicted: current evidence conflicts with the recorded claim

Ranking and tie-breaks

Operators are sorted by the unrounded total even though pages display a rounded integer. A tie is resolved by the number of verified criteria, then the newest review date, then the operator name alphabetically. Rank is computed after sorting and is never stored as a manual preference.

Worked scoring example

Consider a hypothetical operator with verified games (20), partial fairness (10), verified cashier information (20), partial eligibility (7.5), unknown support (0) and verified freshness (10). Its unrounded result is 67.5 and the visible Evidence Rating is 68/100. The half point remains available for ranking ties.

Freshness, offers and changes

A material source unavailable or older than 90 days becomes stale and contributes zero until a manual recheck. Signup offers expire from current display after 30 days. A source change triggers a new calculation, dated finding and rating-change entry; no score is carried forward by assumption.

Affiliate safeguards

Commercial relationships do not add points. Affiliate destinations stay marked sponsored, offer claims require dated evidence and unknown details remain unknown. The same formula and source-status rules apply to every operator.

What the Evidence Rating cannot tell you

The rating is not a star score, customer review average, safety certificate, legal opinion or forecast of support and withdrawal outcomes. We did not deposit, wager, pass KYC or withdraw for these reviews. Readers must verify their eligibility and the live cashier themselves.

Reusable data and corrections

The versioned JSON and CSV exports preserve totals, required subchecks, criterion statuses, evidence IDs, checking dates, limitations and change history. Material corrections update the page and dataset together so the published ranking remains reproducible.
